Abstract

The paper presents place, role and mining of, operative planning” in Crises management system, leaded as a perspective process in System of the national security of Republic of Macedonia. The contest of paper reflect of the very importance mining, necessary and justifiable from education of personnel throw implementation of education process in segment of security and defense, stressing of the Crises management system.
Throw contemporary access of researching it make practical doing of tools and models for its supporting, using own methodological access and using scientific and practical verified steps, technique and instruments, as well as theoretical and practical access of operative planning (characteristics, essence, defining, elements, reasons, important, necessaries) methods and methodology of planning, making of the operative plans, implementations of the system of planning, programming, budgeting and executive process, appliance of SWOT analyses and matrix, and other aspects necessarily for realization of effective Crises management system.
Implementation of the ,,operative planning” in education system, provide rolls for qualify preparations of the future professionals and experts in part of Crises management system. With Developing personal in this oblast, it does establishing and supporting of necessary level of redlines on the national stage. In that way, the mechanisms for under taking measures and activities could be: early prevention, prevention and management with risks and threats, directed to menace of life and health of the people, material, cultural and natural goods, as well as common security of state.
In that context, the successful educational access presents to useful using of the ,operative planning”, as a part of educational process, also, as a very important segment of practical appliance of measures and activities for implementing of Euro-integrations of security perspective of the Republic Macedonia.
