Abstract

This paper demonstrates the integration of mathematical modelling with CNC milling by employing Newton's interpolation formula. A detailed model is developed and implemented in Matlab, facilitating a better understanding of CNC milling dynamics. This integration enhances precision and efficiency by validating cutting toolpath accuracy and reducing machining errors.
