Abstract

Communication is constantly present in all spheres of life, regardless of where we are, between whom it happens and what is the goal of establishing communication. The interaction between teachers and students affects the realization of the educational process. The results of student’s work in the educational process largely depend on the character of the established communication and thus their competencies are developed. The important thing we need to emphasize in the communication between teachers and students is that they shall not impose their personal views, even though they are presented for the good of the students. Communication as a two-way process is needed by all participants in the educational process, teachers, students, parents. The aim of this paper is to describe how communication takes place in the classroom in the teaching process between teachers and students but also parents who are considered an important factor in the educational process, so communication with him would be of great benefit to the quality and results of educational process. Every activity we do with students is a form of communication. We will achieve interaction, a more successful and better quality teaching process if the communication is correct and free. From this we can find that a teacher will become modern and successful if he achieves quality and free communication with his students. Another important thing about the success of communication with students is that the teacher should be aware of his abilities and his characteristics and to accept the student as he is, with all his good and bad qualities. If the teacher strives to communicate at a higher level in interaction with students, a condition is created for the highest quality teaching process. The teacher should also strive to get feedback from students through either verbal or nonverbal communication or both verbal and nonverbal communication at the same time. Receiving feedback gives the impression that the message sent by the teacher is received and understood by the student and in this way the student develops into a democratic, creatively oriented and creative person who creates his own attitude (his I).
