Abstract
This part of the training program will support youth from three different countries in developing their digital entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in several areas:
•Entrepreneurial culture and skills.
•Creative problem solving and generation of business ideas.
Entrepreneurial culture – the set of values, beliefs and actions that drive and support entrepreneurship. The youth will gain knowledge on the different elements of entrepreneurial culture, such as innovation (coming up with new and creative ideas, products, or services that solve a problem or meet a need in the market), creativity (thinking outside the box and coming up with new and innovative solutions to problems), collaboration through team work (working with others to achieve a common goal, leveraging diverse perspectives and skill sets). The training will include the EntreComp - the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, used as a tool to improve the entrepreneurial capacity of European citizens and organisations, as well as DigiComp - the Digital Competence Framework, an EU-wide tool to improve citizens’ digital competence.
Creative problem solving, generation and prototyping of business ideas. One of the key competences of entrepreneurship is innovation. Young people who possess this competence can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems. By constantly seeking innovative solutions, young entrepreneurs become more adaptable to change and can remain resilient in the face of challenges. In this regard, the training will include “Creative problem solving and development of business ideas”. Creative problem solving (CPS) is a structured approach to generating innovative and effective solutions to complex problems.
