Abstract
In this paper will be analyzed a fold bifurcation (or saddle-node bifurcation) in one-dimensional systems, which depend of one parameter r. The analysis will be made via two examples. The examples will analyze the graphical presentations and bifurcation diagram. Finally, we will show that the models of the examples can be represented in one of the normal forms for a fold bifurcation.
