Abstract
This paper outlines the history of the Ottoman Empire for its creation and raising the powerful state
of military, administrative and political level. The emphasis we put on the sources from which derive all this
information that provides an overview of the editing etc. Ottoman office, which represented the core of the
administrative apparatus of the state and which had controlled most remote places on three different continents,
although they were sometimes at a distance by several thousands of kilometers from the capital.
