Abstract
Between 1882 and 1913 26 conferences were held attended by the representatives of all major powers. Using the principle of balance of power they resolve all contentious issues. Macedonian national revolutionary movement during its entire existence has not stopped looking for ways to impose such entity in international relations, openly manifesting their views and their disagreement with the policies of the governments of the Balkan countries and one of the great powers. However, the question arises whether we can impose MRO as an entity representing the Macedonian interest considering that most of its activity was controlled by Sofia? And why Macedonia was not an entity of the international conferences until Yalta Conference?
