Abstract
The aim of the study was to examine the attitude of physical education teachers from Bulgaria and North Macedonia to online teaching during the first stage of COVID-19 pandemic. An online survey was conducted with a total of 271 physical education teachers from both countries. The main advantages, disadvantages and difficulties of physical education teachers when working in an online environment were analyzed in a comparative plan. The new requirements for conducting sports training in the new digital conditions have been established.
