Abstract
The world of change is everywhere. In this world of change, in every area of human living, are placed many questions which try to answer. And in the educational areas, like one of the key for successful society development is putting many questions which must to be response. One of the key questions is the question about teacher professional development, question which is putting at the start of his/her preparing for this profession. In that direction, in this paper we will try to gave the answer about this question, questions about the models which are in use in teachers professional development practice, why is this important for us and many the other question which will be appoint in the same time.
