Abstract
For areas Mon Bregalnica related historical and literary information that talk about the most important events in the life of the Slavs in Macedonia. Despite the legendary data, with the mission of Constantine Cyril the Philosopher starts conversion and the spread of literacy among the Slavic language of Slavs Bregalnica. The organization of the first Slavic bishopric of Bregalnica and raising of the church, which transferred the relics of martyrs Tiberiopolitan-Strumica, a special historical event in the life of the Slavs in Macedonia and the beginning of the first organized church Slavic Balkans. Ministering to God in this cathedral was made of the Slavic language of priestly clergy trained by Clement. The discovery of this temple with Martyrium representative of the end of the beginning of IX and X century Bregalnica near Krupiste, unequivocally linking the first organized church Slavic center in Macedonia. The determination of the first Slavic bishopric is clearly marked with Theophylact saying that was located on Bregalnica (έν τή τής Βραγαληνίτζης έπίσκοπή).
