Abstract

Introduction:Liver cirrhosis hepatitis is a chronical progressive diseases on liver. Morphological changes cause different level changes in various function which are ended usually with total liver insufitiention - a studium of decompensated cirrhosis.
Goal:To show the use of plasma components - single donor fresh frozen plasma and human albumin 20% in therapy of patients with liver cirrhosis cured in the Daily transfusion hospital in Stip.
Conclusion: Liver cirrhosis was relatively rear disease in the past, but now days it takes an important part among the diseases of gastrointestinal system. It might due to the increased incidence of patients suffering from hepatitis B and C, as well as the increased number of people with alchocol abuse.Giving plasma components improve:the comon condition of the patients, the water balance and it also increased the diuresis and level of serum proteins and hemostatic disorders.With this therapy the disease difficulties are partly made easier, and their lives longer.
