Abstract
Introduction: Individual and institutional practices remain an independent predictor factor for allogenic blood transfusion. Aim: The implementation oa a restrictive transfusion strategy for PRBCs in cardiosurgery patients and reduce the risks associated with transfusion of allogenic blood.
