Abstract

Unlike descriptions of E.Kylin [1] obezitas, hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia, supplemented by G.Reaven [2] as an association between insulin resistance (hiperinsulinizam, impaired glucose tolerance), dyslipoproteinemia and hypertension defined as “X syndrome”, C.Bouchard and L.Perusse [3] in metabolic syndrome (MS) means “cluster of atherogenic disease, diabetes and hypertension secondary hiperinsulinizam (the result of insulin resistance). Microalbuminuria, as a component of MS, according to the WHO definition is very rare in people with normal glucose tolerance. It is the least abundant element of MS in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
