Abstract
The teachers are playing the basic role in transferring and advancing of the
human experience and knowledge. If you take in consideration the high level of the
technological development and the globalization, the teacher’s profession is increasing.
It is not just the matter fact of learning, but also the continuum superstructure and
improvement of knowledge. In that field, as an imperative, is entailing the need of using
the mediums such as radio in the process of realization of its syllabuses. The radio ad
a strong medium is giving an incentive to the teachers and the pupils to a successful
realization of its syllabuses and achieving advanced results.
There have been variety questions, connected with the teacher’s role and its
contribution in improving different aspects of the school’s work. The best mentors would
be the ones who can explain through an example the syllabuses of the radio in its
explanations. Thus, the teachers are encouraging dialogs, establishing communication,
expressing their own aspects of interests, values and pupil’s vision.
The radio is having its main role in educational process. In the electronic
mediums some parts are accomplishing some of these functions. Through the verbal
emissions in informative function has been developed, in the musical segment of the
program it is much more accomplished the recreative role, or the educational function
has been accomplished through some intended verbal-musical or musical-verbal
emissions.
