Abstract

The modern way of working nowadays refers to a redesigning of the business
functions and retreating of the traditional beliefs for the accordant mindset, where all
business functions are equally important.
The companies ought to amend toward a proactive manner of thinking, which
refers to the coherency and creation of changes, as well as imputing more significance
to those business functions that will allow the company to achieve, maintain
and strengthen up its competitive advantage. Implementing the TQM (Total Quality
Management) strategy, the control gets out of the manufacture frames and expands to
all the stages in the company’s organization, and therefore the quality receives a new
dimension not only to the products but the working performance and the organization
of work itself.
This paper presents suggested methodologies for improvement of the business
processes that result towards increased efficiency and companies’ effectiveness,
through the reforms of the corporative culture and total absorption of the business
potentials.
The assets of the implementation of this model is not only an increasing and
devotion of the top management and the employees towards the improvement of the
processes, but a content of the consumers, employees, auctioneers, deliveries, the
community as well as the increasing of the business results of the companies, that
further on will serve as a power for constant improvements.
