Abstract
Statistical data reveal that application of chemicals by the farming enterprises and co-operatives in the last 10 years have a tendency of decreasing, as a result of transitional process, poor financial situation of the enterprises, increased effectiveness due to the change in active ingredients of the chemicals, the EU intentions, etc.
