Abstract
Republic of Macedonia, according to its natural and traditional characteristics has real possibilities to develop a modern family business in the sphere of tobacco production. This type of business enable a development of small family enterprises, in which the following aspects are stressed: social security of the family employment, working hours, culture of production and behavior.
