Abstract
This Paper deals with the increasingly frequent application of ICT (Hardware & Software) in the education development representing one of the primary tasks in all countries. The goal of all those involved in this process is the same only their ways are different. The main issue is the fact that different countries are at different levels of education development, either concerning technical equipment or educational structure.
