Abstract
Urgency of the theme. Operation of enterprises in Bulgaria and Ukraine in the formation of a market economy needs of managers and professionals the ability to see perspectives and make informed strategic marketing decisions that will promote the growth of their competitiveness. One of the main concepts of the company's normal management activities. Management as a philosophy of modern business means targeting enterprises and companies to design, manufacture and marketing of products that satisfy consumer demand and meet their specific needs. Quality management and economic decision making is directly related to the availability of complete, timely and accurate information about market demand for goods, consumer tastes, market conditions, actions of competitors, etc., as well as the performance object management. Significant amounts of information related to available estimates, finding and providing managers with relevant information for decision-making requires the need to use new information technologies.
In today's successful implementation of the goals and objectives of the enterprise depends largely on the effective use of its information resources. Information resources are the basis for activities of companies in Bulgaria and Ukraine, they define their strategic success. Background information support of the company formed under the direct influence of factors to external and internal environment and the target company to increase the information resources used for management.
Effective use of information resources company determines the impact of not only its current tasks, and strategic development, requiring fundamentally new approaches to information of all activities. Better information support of business leads to increased efficiency and adequacy of management decision-making process, the growth performance of the company, stabilize its financial condition. All this leads to strengthening the competitive position on domestic and foreign markets.
Information support of the enterprise depends not only on the availability of information resources, but also from the possibility of implementation of information innovation, streamline information flows of the company from problems of its effective information interaction with market players. To date, the characteristics information of the enterprise paid insufficient attention both in theoretical and practical aspects. Timely is the need for further improvement of the principles, forms and methods, develop new scientific approaches and practical recommendations for activities of the enterprise. This causes the relevance of the topic of the thesis and its practical significance for the further development of enterprises.
Information support of the enterprise depends not only on the availability of information resources, but also from the possibility of implementation of information innovation, streamline information flows of the company from problems of its effective information interaction with market players as Bulgaria and Ukraine.
