Abstract
With the fall of the Berlin wall, union of the two Germanys and the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Cold War ended with victory for American liberal democracy. Francis Fukuyama
expected the end of history by winning of universalism. However although the US-Soviet bipolarism ended with victory for Atlanticism, there are new powerful actors in the area, such as China and India, which represent a challenge for creation of new regional groupings and relocation of the epicenter of power from the Atlantic to the Asian Continent.
