The main goal is to obtain a galenic preparation with rheological properties that allow easy application, rapid absorption, homogeneous distribution of the active substance, adapted according to the pathophysiology of the desired site of administration, by the application of excipients that do not cause local irritation and other side effects. Achieving these goals requires professional approach for the selection of excipients, their ratio, preparation procedure, critical
consideration of parameters, and analytical methods for quality control.
