Abstract

The subject of this lecture is the rights of minorities and their sustainability in the context of North Macedonia. The concept of sustainability in this context refers to the persistence and durability of minority rights. Particular attention will be given to the protection of minorities in North Macedonia, focusing on constitutional and legal norms, as well as implementation policies, to assess how sustainable they are. The presentation will analyze how frequently constitutional and legal provisions, along with policies for their implementation in North Macedonia, undergo changes.
