Abstract
The development of artificial intelligence (AI) represents one of the most significant technological revolutions of our time. Its rapid advancement requires a thorough legal analysis, particularly in the domain of contract law. AI is the product of decades of research, evolving from simple algorithms that performed specified operations to autonomous systems capable of decision-making. This technology affects many sectors, including healthcare, commerce, and industry, but its impact on the legal system is particularly significant for legal theory and practice. Historically, every major technological change has brought new legal challenges. From the invention of the printing press to the digital age, which demanded the development of new legal frameworks related to data protection and copyright, law has always evolved in accordance with technological progress. AI now presents similar challenges, affecting contract law with the emergence of autonomous legal actions. Today, AI is used not only for analyzing legal texts and resolving court disputes more quickly but also for creating and managing contracts. However, with the increased application of AI in law, serious legal and ethical challenges arise. Can AI be a legal entity? How can a system that has the ability to make decisions without human intervention be legally regulated? These challenges require deep legal analysis and the development of new legal institutions.
