Abstract
During the two years examinations of the fauna of Auchenorrhyncha (Homoptera) at the grapevine in Republic of Macedonia, qualitative and quantitative analysis have been done. 33 species of cicadas are identified that belong of two suborders, Fulgoromorpha and Cicadomorpha, and 6 families: Cixiidae, Delphacidae, Dictyopharidae, Cicadidae, Membracidae and Cicadellidae. The most numbered family is Cicadellidae, with 22 species, family Cixiidae has 3 species, family Cicadidae has 2 species and one species was identified from the families Delphacidae, Dictyopharidae and Membracidae.
The researches are conducted in Kavadarci and Strumica region. Localities of examination differ in the quality composition of cicada fauna, because there were species present in one and not in the other locality. According to the quantitative parameter constancy, only the species Fieberiella florii Stаl is constant for the examined region. The species Dictyophara europaea Linnaeus, Zygina spp. Kirschbaum, Megophthalmus scabripennis Edwards, Empoasca spp. Kirschbaum, Allygidius sp. Fieber, Selenocephalus obsoletus Germar and Selenocephalus sp. Germar are accessory, and all the other species are accidental, concerning, their appearance in the examined locality is occasional.
The results of the examinations showed that the biggest participation percentages, in the both years of examination, have the species: Fieberiella florii Stаl, Empoasca spp. Kirschbaum., Delphax spp. Kirkaldy, Neoaliturus fenestratus Herrich-Schaffer and Allygidius spp. Fieber.
