Abstract
Managing of strategies change is very complex and responsible activity, that related with the changes of human resource conscience. Strategic responsibility of the human resource manager includes continual monitoring of trends related to the human resource function, assessing the staffing needs during strategy formulation, and developing a Strategic Manpower Plan for effectivity implementing strategies change. Human resource management must develop performance incentives - for acceptance and implementing of the goals. the process of involvements in a strategic - management activities yields the greatest benefits when all organization members understand clealry how they will benefit personally if the firm does implement goal about QMS or EMS.
