Abstract
The seminar paper provides an overview of Krushevo, focusing on its geographical-touristic, natural, anthropogenic, communicative, and receptive characteristics. It also examines the tourism practices within the city, with the primary research centered on evaluating tourist satisfaction in Krushevo for the year 2022. Sources for information on geographic features, natural and anthropogenic elements, as well as communicative and receptive motifs, include reputable websites and city surveys. Population data was sourced from the 2021 census Reference [3]. The primary research on tourist satisfaction with Krushevo's offerings was conducted through a survey questionnaire completed by 40 participants. In processing the research data, both analysis and synthesis methods were employed. Three hypotheses were proposed (one general, and two specific), all of which were confirmed through the analysis of the survey data. The primary research concluded that while Krushevo has significant potential as a tourist destination in Macedonia, substantial investment and innovation are necessary to enhance its offerings.
