Abstract
i may not talk about one or another factor of wich depends the quality of working in the organization, if i don't mention love. The love is the main factor of the sucsess of working in the organisation, if i don't mention love. The love is the main factor of the sucsess of working in the organization. It is initiator for invention and creation. It is an anending fortune and a bet for the nature.
Love is the one wich gives birth to quality, wich makes standards, and make those standard richer. It doesn't have limits. It is upwards of all limits. Love creates Total Quality. It manages and the life at all is made, then comes Love. It is the start an the top of the Quality.
