Abstract

The efficiency in educational work in general is determined by numerous factors. One of
them is the relationship between the child, parents, nursery teachers and assistants. There are numerous studies
that point to the findings that the greatest efficiency and effectiveness in educational work with children of
preschool age is achieved with the unity of the parent and nursery teacher factors. The unity of influence implies
mutual respect, two-way communication, continuous feedback, non-directive mutual relationship, that is, equal
partnership in action, with the sole goal of proper growth and development of a child. The two institutions,
family and kindergarten, are the first environments that, with all their complexity and specificity, influence a
child's development. The family as a community of adults and children is the first environment a child
encounters. The relationships in the family are reflected in the other environment, the environment of peers in the
educational group and adults in the kindergarten. The variety of relationships and the environment have a strong
impact on the child's development in all spheres such as cognitive, social, communicative, conative, and

psychomotor. For these reasons, the unity of the factors in their influences on children's development is more
than necessary. With technological progress, the modern world provides conditions for smooth continuous
communication, overcoming space and time barriers. Social networks and other tools that use ICT enable
continuous and content-rich communication between them, but, at the same time, the weaknesses and challenges
of communication in the virtual world between children, parents and nursery teachers are reflected. In our paper,
we are trying to draw attention to the influence of technology in the building and the quality of the partnership
relationship, three key factors in the educational process and its influence on the proper growth and personality
development of children in the preschool period.
