Abstract
The youth workers had a chance to work practically on creative problem-solving and the generation of business ideas.
They also had the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship (including a simulation of a day of an entrepreneur), the process of innovation, clarifying problems and problem-solving, development of a problem tree, ideating many ideas as solutions to the problems from the problem tree thorough creative problems techniques like brainstorming and 50 aspirations, development of the ideas through scamper technique and COCD box, and evaluation and choosing of a concrete solution through an evaluation matrix.
The learning experience was implemented through a series of lectures, discussions, exercises, simulations, and presentations of the participant's work.
