Abstract
The main goal of this study is to make comparative analysis of submission differences for medicinal products in the Agencies in Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo.
The choise of countries is based upon where the company Bionika Pharmaceuticals is active.
Regional aspects are moving towards Global aspects - on which way Harmonisation will be achieved.
In “near” future eCTD format is expected to be mandatory for all submissions.
