Abstract
Big part of life we live in building working relations with people with who we work , and it’s not depending for formal or informal relations . When we start to count the professions in which the team work is present, we shall confirm that the list of these professions (catering, banking, tourism, public sector) is never ending. Exactly the large number in this list is cementing the need of bigger team work and deeper relations between workers
