Abstract

Catering industry is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing businesses in the
world. It is undeniably on the top in the world food and beverage industry, by its dynamic,
as wells as by its profitability.
Catering, that is, the planned food and beverages serving is widespread in many
businesses and industries, such as the educational institutions, governments, medical
institutions, airline flights, entertainment and recreational units and so forth.
