Abstract

The system of the hemostasis, as an integral element of the homeostatic mechanism, directly participates in the process of the maintenance of the organism's functional integrity, in the process of tissue regeneration, as well as in the complexed mechanisms of the inflamative process.
The hemostatsis represents a physiological process, which is the actual respond of the wounded blood vessels, in order to block the loss of blood and the excessive hemorrhage.
The normal hemostasis appears to be the essential indicator for the mutual function of the vascular trough and the hemostatic system. Thus, the primary task is being realized- to have the blood maintained in its liquid condition, until the moment when the necessity of the hemorrhage blocking appears, as well as to endeavor to keep the integrity of the vascular system.
The liquid condition of the blood and the specific characteristics represent a product of the constant dynamic balance between the fibrin production and degradation, which is the coagulation and the fibrinolysis.
The contemporary acknowledgements of the hemostasis emphasize the indicative role of the fibrinolysis (1,8,11,17). The question regarding the origin of the blood fribrinolitic activity has been discussed ever since, however the most common stated examples related to its origin refer to the intensive physical activity, the stress, vein occlusion or immediately after death.
Of the great importance is to emphasize that the appearance of the pathological changes in any of the components of the hemostasis, as well as in the fibrinolytic system, or the disorders which are responsible for the misbalance of the haemostatic equilibrium, result with hemorrhage or thrombosis.
The knowledge of the specific type and the strength of the prolonged hemorrhage are crucial in providing secure and appropriate treatment plan. (2,12) In regards to the decrease of the incidence of the complications of the prolonged hemorrhage in hemophilic patients that have undergone oral-surgical interventions (14) are the findings which show that the necessity of the substitutional therapy in hemophilic patients, has been drastically decreased after the application of the antifibrinolitic remedies.
The following parameters are planned to be examined in the project:number of platelets, proplatelet time,APTT,platelet time (Hougie),platelet aggregation, stimulated vein stasis test,tPA,PAI-1
These parameters will be examined in 300 healthy, chosen accidentally patients that will undergo the oral surgery interventions. The influence of the oral surgery interventions over the pro activators of the fibrinolytic system will be assessed with tracking laboratory test in two different time intervals:
• The first analyses will be taken before the oral surgery interventions and will be considered as control ones,
• The second analyses will be taken immediately after the oral surgery intervention.
• As the only objective parameters regarding the physical reflection of the stress, the pressure and the puls, will be evident before the oral surgery interventions, after the local anesthetic has been applied and immediately after the oral surgery intervention.
