Abstract

This paper is an overview of the soil contamination of heavy metals in the village Gujnovci particularly of Cd. The region is known for use intense agricultural and other anthropological activates, mining activates that also have an impact on the distribution of some microelements in the soils. The highest value for cadmium in soil is 8.38mg.kg,l, and the minimum value is 6.01mg.kg,l, the mean value is 7.20mg.kg'. The content of Cd in wheat crops in the soils ofthe village Gujnovci is >.0.01 mg/kg. The examinations were carried out in the laboratory of the Faculty of Mining and Geology in Stip.
