Abstract
Based on a number of empirical researches on the ways of financing the economic development of develping countries, it was concluded that the existing international financial system is not adapted and does not fully meet the development needs of these countries. The system of international financing of development, within which the direct investments have a noticeable participation, is an instrument for helping the development of the holdings of the LIA and at the same time it is an instrument of their intensifiedexploitation andslowing down in the development.In addition to aid, lending, investment, occasional debt forgiveness, and technology transfer, foreign trade preferences were a key element of the agenda for transforming the existing world economic order.Keywords:capital,development,developingcountries,foreigndirectinvestment,institution,internationaleconomicorder
