Abstract
Validation of a given method in analytical chemistry requires a series of statistical calculations, which should prove about the accuracy, correctness, robustness, and the applicability of the introduced analytical method. We give the readers all steps needed for statistical validation of an analytical method. Moreover, a special part of this lecture is dedicated to the application of chemometric in voltammetry. Lecture is mainly focused on target students from chemistry and pharmacy.
