Abstract
The phenomenon of sensitive - hypersensitive teeth is a common clinical manifestation, present in the dental office. The mechanism of creation of such changes is not fully defined. The management of this condition requires a good understanding of the complexity of the problem, as well as the variety of treatments available.
In the study will be present different therapeutic methods of tooth hypersensitivity, with special emphasis on application of laser technology in these conditions.
The success of therapy is individual and hardly measurable category for subjective emotional factor. The use of suitable compounds for oral hygiene, cleaning intraoral rinsing, medicine, restorative materials, laser irradiation, more or less in correlation with etiology and pathogenesis mechanisms give satisfactory results.
The choice of therapeutic technique is closely related to the individual assessment of the therapist, modern dental technology and etiological and pathogenesis mechanism for each patient individually.
