Abstract

The dominant energetic position of Rek Bitola in the energetic consumption of Republic of Macedonia and the lack of possibility for its power substitution in a longer period of time existing potential obligation for considering the existing potential of the coal as the energetic substance in the area of Bitola's part in Pelagonia. The complexity and importance of this issue determines the goal of this paper,witch integrates in itself paticular and cumulative quantification of the goal reserves and their quality. First of all, in the active surface pit of Suvodol, Brod - Gneotino and Suvodol sites - shelf series and Zivojno, as well as the chambers witch offer limited coal potential in order to contribute to the creation of permanent, longer concept for the thermo - energetic development of Rek Bitola and the state.
