Abstract
Business and the economy should have a productive role in the system of economic and social interests. If it so, then the system is one that allows respectability of the rights of labour relations and the interests of opposing entities in society. It is necessary to build and modify a system of legal norms and solutions that will enable regulation of these relations, especially when interest and conflict arise in correlation between the environment and the business economy.
