Abstract
Patronage health care is a very important segment in primary health care. The natal nurse is the first contact with all families, with the entry into the family, the communication about the development of children can also detect an abnormality if it is present in a newborn or a larger child.
Bodily deformities are one of the most complex problems. Studies on the frequent occurrence of vertebral distortions show, on the one hand, an increase in values, and on the other hand, a decrease in the age of deformation. The complexity of this complex problem depends not only on the wide distribution of deformities, but also on the disruption of the function of important systems and organs.
