Abstract
In this paper the methodology for supplier selection of fusible interlining for man's shirts is presented. The first step of supplier selection starts with the identification of suppliers of support materials, evaluation of quality, and the evaluation of economic and commercial performance of potential suppliers by the following criteria: quality of fusible interlining, procurements cost, supplier operational capability, financial stability and additional services offered. Evaluation of suppliers is made by numerical evaluation of sub- criteria, and the final selection is made by summation of the “weight” of particular features.
