Numerous European countries show a state of increasing in the number of academic staff in higher education. One of the reasons for this increase is in fact the increase in the number of students in higher education. Nevertheless, what does it mean to become part of the family - University Teachers? The name university teacher is attractive, but the challenges he is facing nowadays are also numerous. Possession of a title university teacher is the possession of an attractive and respectable profession, which requires dedication, responsibility, and fulfillment, above all, great sacrifice. The numerous obligations (teaching, scientific and administrative) of the university teacher and the set timeframe for their realization do not create conditions for the teacher to enjoy some kind of stability, security and commodity. The university teacher carries with him a great social responsibility, and in order to respond adequately to his profession, he needs to work continuously throughout his entire lifespan, both in teaching and in the part of the research.
