Abstract

This study shows a complete analysis of some business processes in a hospitality services company, the Hotel resort “A-ROSA”, Germany. The company is working to continuously improve business processes by developing the Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy in order to meet the needs and expectations of customers, while making the company profitable. In the paper, the Six Sigma Methodology is applied in order to find an optimal solution for the execution of the business processes and common satisfaction of all parties involved.
