Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic progressive inflammatory disease that affects mostly bearing joints
(arms and legs). It causes pain, Numbness, swelling and limitation of movement and function of joints. Chronic
means persistent disease at times improving, or getting worse. Though joints are the main parts of the body that are
attacked by RA can occur inflammation in other organs. Usually early RA affects the small joints of the hands and
feet, although it may be attacked any wrist. Later affects the knees and elbows, hips, shoulders and spine. RA
usually manifested symmetrically which means that if busy wrist Estaing, will be a busy same lev wrist and hand.
