Abstract

The quality of the practice of the political culture, is closely linked to the democratic development of one country. While the development of the civil society requires development of a democratic political culture, free media, a creation of critical public, democratic socialization of citizens and promotion of civic values which focus on the citizen. Hence, this paper is devoted on the types of theories of mass media which correlates to the level of development of democracy.
