Abstract
With the sale of the mine for lead and zinc "Zletovo" to the new concessionaire, the Ministry of economy of the Government in R. Macedonia, called for the development of plan for waste management that will be generated from the production and processing of lead - zinc ore for the period from 2016 to 2020.
In this paper will be presented the production capacity and planned activities for waste management, with special emphasis on measures for waste management and reduction of harmful impacts of mining activities on the environment.
