Abstract
Agency is the institution of Civil Law where a person-agent undertake legal actions on behalf of another person-principal, on the basis of explicit authorization. The Agent is a capable person acting in legal acts and
transactions with a particular role-to work for his principal, to protect his interests and to convey his power and will regarding the conclusion of a legal
act. In these relationships, the agent is liable and responsible to the principal and to third parties with whom it interacts, in the name and for the account of
principal. If there is an excess of power or if the agent works without authorization, he is responsible for the damage and all the legal consequences that would arise in relations with third parties, as well as to the principal and the principal legal acts.
