Abstract
The term Contract of International Commercial Representation means such a deal in which one person, agent, commercial agent (the agent, l`agent d`affaires commerciales, l`agent commercial, l`intermediare, händlungsagent) undertakes legal acts on behalf of another person-principall (representé) from another country or in another country, which will end with one or more commercial transactions. Likewise, international agency contract is a contract concluded between persons or entities with residence, seat or place of business in different states where one party (the agent) is obliged to prepare and / or to conclude commercial deals on behalf and for the account the other party (principal), and to receive appropriate reward. Such definitions of the representation contract are accepted in most European legal systems, but there are significant differences in the notion of continental and Anglo-Saxon law. Thus, civil law systems recognize a difference between representation and commission, while in common law systems there is no such difference, given the fact that the commercial agent is the only form of action on behalf of the principal and he has been authorized for sale of goods, storage of goods consignment sales, purchasing goods e.t.c.
