Abstract

Fires are one of the most dangerous emergency scenarios that have taken the most lives in underground mines. The primary objective of this scientific paper is to show modern computer methods for planning, modeling and simulation of fire scenarios that can occur in underground mine for lead and zinc "Sasa" M. Kamenica, and the results to serve for further procedures for effective planning of the system for avacuation and rescue in case of fire. The proposed methodology allows for preparation of database from various fire scenarios that can be used for planning more variants of the system for evacuation.
