Abstract
The omission of EU’s invitation for Ukraine to join the Union as well as the late signing and subsequent delay of the entry into force of the Association agreement between EU and Ukraine, accented the EU’s incoherent foreign policy towards Ukraine and the Ukraine crisis. One of the reason for that is the need for energy security of the European Union.
